Safety Guidelines
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests and staff, dogs with ball resource guarding or excessive chewing will not be able to partake and may be removed from the ball pit if these behaviours are observed.
No refunds will be provided for dogs removed due to destruction of balls or the pit. Additionally, photos, videos, and other inclusions in the booked experience may not be provided under these circumstances. All ball pit experiences are initially one-on-one until your dog has demonstrated they can safely play with others.
Only dogs who are comfortable with toys/balls in a group setting will be allowed to participate in group play. Dogs must be in a clean condition with trimmed nails before entering the ball pit.
